Project description

The position will be associated with SUDA’s research on Family policies and Migrant integration: understanding parental leave and childhood education and care use and their consequences among migrants in Sweden

Main responsibilities

The position involves to write scientific paper on consequences on parental leave uptake.

Qualification requirements

Researchers are appointed primarily for purposes of research and must hold a Swedish doctoral degree or an equivalent degree from another country.

Assessment criteria

In the appointment process, special attention will be given to research skills and the applicant’s previous publications records in relation to this project. The applicant needs to demonstrate solid experience with quantitative research and specific experience with longitudinal data (preferably with register data experience). Researchers should have research experience based on Population registers and parental leave policy.

About the employment

The position involves full-time employment for 3 months, with the possibility of extension under special circumstances. Start date 2025-10-01 or as per agreement.
